We are working on it from last 2 years and after analysing the market (met more than 450+ property owners); we have finally decided the models which are best to work on. Now we have 2 properties (70 beds in Just 6 Months) on Long term Lease basis and more than 250 properties (Online and Offline) on Commission Basis in Jabalpur itself. We are targeting to start 500 new beds this year in Indore and in Bhopal.’
