Self-confidence gives the necessary pep to your venture.  A leader must be a tough-minded optimist to lead the team in spite of hurdles. Because if your enthuse is dampened then you go nowhere and get stagnated or rather turn a failure.

Hence keep evolving in this never-ending story of success. Right terms of speech always pay off well on the long run. Imagine you call up your team member and command him to do a particular work; he might accept but will perform it as a duty. On the contrary, request him and bestow in him the confidence that he is the right person for the job, and then see the miracle work. That is the power of communication, which is a trait that will be remembered by your team, which could elevate the leader to a mentor.
