Today we celebrate the birthdays of two great leaders who inspired and created a pathway to modern India. Far from the clutches of the British Empire today we live in sovereignty because of sacrifices of legendary leaders. Let us salute all the leaders who created a niche for themselves and delivered meaningful messages for our sustenance too.

Now let’s delve into the significance of October 02, remembering Mahatma Gandhiji and Lal Bahadur Shashtriji on this auspicious day fills our hearts with abundant positivity. The legacy that they left behind for us will be treasured by us and the generations that come till the universe exists.

Mahatma led the freedom struggle and Lal Bahadur Shastriji followed him in this fight. Later on the latter led the Indo-Pak war, during his tenure as the Prime Minister, and won over. However what we need to learn from these two esteem leaders is their unhindered conviction and perseverance. No matter how big is your enemy (problem) with all its might (vagaries), if you have a conviction to win, you win if you have the patience and determination.  So how strong is you conviction and how innovate is your perseverance?

These two important aspects of every founder determine the success and sustenance of a StartUp. The ability to work 360 degrees on the problem to give the best product-market-fit would be the ideal ingredient for building a unicorn.

Gandhiji – A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. This is the most important slogan that needs to be remembered by every ideator. Unless you have customers to buy your product the entity will not sustain. To endure, Founders need to work as per customer demands while balancing the affordability and utility.

On the other hand, Lal Bahadur Shastri – ‘Jai Jawan Jai Kisan’ we need to boost India’s food production.Agriculture has been one of the prominent sectors that need innovation. Wastage of food grains, proper logistics, deployment of machines for modern farming and encouraging novel techniques in the sector has abundant opportunities for young innovators across the country.

Similarly we need to strengthen our armed forces to be ahead of our counterparts who are joining together to conspire against us. Inspite of India (Indus Valley Civilisation) never grudging against any other civilisation or nation, our goodness had been considered as inability by invaders from across the world.

Hence we need to equip our Defence sector with state-of-art innovations that are unique. Such initiatives make entire world looks up to us for strategies and innovations. The imminent task at the moment is to strengthen the agricultural and defence sectors. The former strengthens us internally and the later externally, making us a complete nation.

Way2World salutes these two leaders and other great men who have gifted this land of opportunities and resources to us. Let us contribute with positive and prospective actions for building a sound nation.
