Leaders would like to be different
It is general beliefs that `follow the leader to gain as much as your leader has gained.’ But what leaders say definitely matters. On the contrary the leaders advice `one to follow their style, but ask the followers not to be carbon replicas.’ Hence the point is follow the leadership styles in your own way and develop an innovative methods that should ensure success of your enterprise, going further to establish brand equity for becoming an Icon in your segment.
Based on the follow on system, we just came across an interesting article which suggests what is trending at the moment in the IIM’s alumni. One insight is, some of them are planning into their enterprises in Education. Actually if you remember well the industrial revolution brought forth one truth that food, dress and a decent home were the prerequisites for a good life. But the software revolution had man rework his requisites and above all gave importance to education. Which eventually gave rise to a mushroom of educational institutes in every town and villages, leave alone cities.
With this mind in mind the revelations made by the IIM alumni did coincide and hence we thought this would be an exclusive, for reader enrichment. In spite of their focus in the education arena, their approach varies and their vision too varies. This is what that makes the difference. Now let us look at what each feels in his own words as given in the original.
