Students must create value proposition to the ecosystem with their innovative ideas, briefed Dr HAFEEZ BASHA, CTO of STATION-H. The doyen addressed the students at a workshop organized at the KL UNIVERSITY-Hyderabad.
The institution known for its versatility in training students as per their mindset, invited STATION-H Team to ‘INCUBATION FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT’ event held on the campus.
In a detailed meeting with the Principal Dr KRISHNA CHALAM, he explained that the university conducts a special analysis on students along with their parents, to assess the objective of education.
After successful completion of this ‘SWEAR’ analysis, students are guided appropriately to achieve their goals, a unique methodology in the country. As a part of this program, the event was conducted and STATION-H was nominated to take things forward.
However, it was Ms SWARUPA, Entrepreneurship Development Cell Coordinator played a vital role in hosting the event.
Dr Hafeez Basha who mesmerized the students with his versatile speech on various social impact startups that have influenced the society, conducted the introductory session. He gave a detailed overview about the types of social enterprises and the various originations and government schemes encouraging these startups. The session was well received by the freshers who were enthralled at knowledge gained. The stalwart had a brief interaction with the students.
Then RajKishan Ganta spoke about the various issues that need to be assessed before taking a plunge. He revealed that the pain point solved by the startup needs to be taken seriously and not the idea. However, he ended that working out the best possible solution to address the pain points is the need of the hour. It must be accepted and commercially viable as well. This plays a crucial role in the success of the startup.
The program is to continue, in the following months, as per the schedule suggested by STATION-H after the SWEAR program conducted by KLU-H.
